The rain jacket can help ensure survival by providing protection from the elements, such as rain and wind, which can help prevent hypothermia and other weather-related illnesses. However, survival also depends on other factors such as access to shelter, food, and water, as well as the individual's knowledge and skills in outdoor survival. While a rain jacket can be an important piece of gear, it is just one aspect of overall survival preparedness. **

The rain pants are available in size 176, but they are only available in size S. Size M is not available for the rain pants in this specific size range. **

When looking for rain pants suitable for hiking, it's important to consider factors such as breathability, waterproofing, and durability. Look for rain pants made with waterproof and breathable materials such as Gore-Tex or eVent to keep you dry and comfortable during your hike. Additionally, consider features such as reinforced knees and seat for added durability, and adjustable waistbands for a better fit. Some popular options for hiking rain pants include the Marmot PreCip Eco Pant, Arc'teryx Zeta SL Pant, and Outdoor Research Foray Pant. **
